Welcome Sailors!

Castine, Maine, is the most legendary cruising destination on Penobscot Bay. The harbor has a wide and deep entrance under the landmark Dyce Head Lighthouse.

The Village of Castine, located at water’s edge, offers all the amenities visiting yachts may seek; pump-out, fuel, fresh water and chandlery services can be found at the Town Docks or moorings.

Natural anchorages are found in the adjacent waters of Smith Cove, Bagaduce River and the Holbrook Island Thoroughfare. Ashore, commercial, civic, historic, artistic, and recreational resources are all within a short walk for the inquisitive sailor.
