Water Street Closure ALERT

Water Street CLOSED:  from Main Street to Green Street will be closed or partially closed from time to time over the next approximate 30 days starting April 21, 2025.
The road may be completely closed the whole week of the 21st until the 25th. There will be no access, and there will be a sign denoting the road is closed. The following week there should be a temporary lane where the parking is currently located starting just after the handicap parking spot. This temporary lane will be coned off. Anyone parking in this temporary lane area will be subject to towing.
This closure and work zone is required due to some underground utility work that needs to be done. We are hopeful that the work will be completed before the 30 days, but a 30-day permit has been issued.
